Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Comply with company policies while maintaining confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
