Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Monitor and report on inventory, follow cash handling procedures, and adhere to company policies.
• Engage in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Safely handle store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
