Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
