Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with team members, handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and uphold company policies.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide customer service
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain store security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior work experience in retail environment preferred
