Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical ability to handle stocking and general cleaning tasks.
