Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
