Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join Aldi and embark on a training program that covers all aspects of running a store efficiently. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans while nurturing and coaching the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understand and promote the company's values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer issues effectively and maintain product quality.
• Participate in recruiting, scheduling, and training store personnel.
• Manage store budget, inventory, and merchandising.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
