Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Team Lead, you will play a vital role in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience for our members. You will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, ensuring exceptional class schedules, recruiting top talent, and delivering a world-class member experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze performance and drive results to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure clean, safe, and high-energy STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces for an exceptional member experience.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver safe and effective classes.
• Create a connected community through motivating and energizing classes.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
