Group Fitness and Studio Team Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join VASA Fitness, a company dedicated to providing an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience. As the GFSTL, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting environment, maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches.
• Drive performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain competitive and convenient class schedules.
• Deliver world-class member experiences and ensure equipment and spaces are clean and safe.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
• Ensure members receive exceptional experiences that foster community and connection.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a fitness leadership role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for fitness, teamwork, and creating a positive environment.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
