Job Description
We are currently seeking a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As a vital member of our transportation and logistics solutions team, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo, along with loading and unloading trailers in accordance with safety protocols and company procedures.
General Description of Duties
- Perform pickup and delivery of cargo within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
- Utilize proper techniques and technology for loading and unloading trailers.
- Actual duties and schedules may vary based on terminal location.
Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience required.
- Class-A CDL with necessary endorsements.
- Safe driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
