HVAC Service Technician (Commercial)

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial service and maintenance calls under minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer HVAC problems professionally and accurately.
• Perform services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment accurately and timely.
• Conduct routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and parts delivery as required.
• Record customer information accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote company products and services and generate leads for sales.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools properly.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 5 years of HVAC experience and technical training certification.
• Valid licensing and EPA certification as required by laws and regulations.
• Proficient in servicing HVAC equipment and troubleshooting problems.
• Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment independently.
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, climb ladders, and lift heavy items.
• Demonstrated ability to work in various environmental conditions.
