Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, administering medications, supervising unlicensed staff, and contributing to care planning.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
