Genesis Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients and residents while building meaningful relationships within a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Assess patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must hold current BLS/CPR certification.
