Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and prioritize patient and family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments based on physician orders.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
