Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare, Montgomerville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Participate in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably, experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
