Job Description
Genesis HealthCare is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with the opportunity for Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment. As an LPN at Genesis, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare and compassionate services to patients and residents. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will assess patient conditions, administer treatments, and contribute to care planning to ensure the best outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes to the medical team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
