A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 (subject to applicable taxes) is available for this position! The bonus is paid in three installments: 1st after 90 days, 2nd after one year, and 3rd after two years. Bonus recipients must commit to continuous full-time or part-time employment in an eligible position for two years with Porter Medical Center.


Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for providing basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care under the direction of the Staff Nurse. This role emphasizes responsive communication, respect, and support for residents in the Memory Care Unit.


Requirements

  • State of Vermont LNA license
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
