Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our Memory Care Unit team at The University of Vermont Health Network. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Staff Nurse to provide essential personal care and specialized support to our residents. Effective communication, respect, and empathy are fundamental characteristics for success in this position.

The Memory Care Unit is tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals facing symptoms and progressive cognitive decline associated with dementia. Our program focuses on offering compassionate and engaging care in a safe and nurturing environment. The unit is staffed by committed professionals dedicated to preserving the dignity, purpose, and functionality of our residents.
Requirements
- State of Vermont LNA license.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
