Responsibilities

• Enforce sectional and departmental policies for effective operations.
• Monitor supply purchases and personnel scheduling.
• Provide guidance and training for technical personnel.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and maintain compliance with accrediting agencies.
• Evaluate and develop the technical competency of staff.
• Establish supportive relationships with team members and facilitate their professional development.
• Address and resolve departmental issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MT/MLT certification from ASCP required.
• 5-7 years of MT/MLS experience in a hospital lab setting.
