Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team in Frederick, MD. As an integral part of our National Services & divisional offices, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our network of stores and warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate relevant information to leadership, peers, and store personnel.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Process operational customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide administrative and general office support.
  • Order store supplies and maintain filing systems.
  • Identify and report irregularities.
  • Provide training within your area of responsibility.
  • Interact with ALDI personnel and external partners.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
