Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position offers night shifts and the opportunity to work in the Medical Surgical department. As a PCT, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient care and creating a safe environment that promotes healing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with registered nurses to deliver high-quality care to patients.
• Communicate effectively and carry out delegated tasks under supervision.
• Document patient data, report observations, and address patient concerns.
• Ensure patient safety by following all necessary precautions.
• Monitor vital signs, report patient conditions, and assist with mobility and daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly patient environment.
• Participate in hourly rounding, perform direct patient care duties, and assist with unit tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Proficiency in at least two areas of practice.
• Preferred experience in acute or long-term care.
• Completion of CNA, PCT, or paramedic certification is a plus.
• Proficient in phlebotomy.
