One Medical, a primary care solution revolutionizing the healthcare industry, is looking for a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in San Jose, CA. As a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits, participate in ongoing clinical rounds, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with various needs including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Minimum of 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• State licensed in California.
