Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care according to physician orders.
• Assess patient conditions, report changes, and update care plans as needed.
• Implement nursing actions based on assessment and ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
• Educate patients and families on self-care techniques, disease processes, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience; New Grad Program available.
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).
