Private Duty Nurse RN

Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is currently seeking professional and compassionate Private Duty Nurses (LPN/RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized one-on-one care to patients, allowing them to stay in the comfort of their homes alongside their loved ones. You will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of scheduling options, whether you prefer full-time, part-time, over-time, or per-diem opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Document all care activities, assessments, and nursing actions promptly.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (BLS).
