Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. In this role, you will provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes, offering services such as administering medications, feeding assistance, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation and patient field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
