Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at ChristianaCare. In this role, you will provide expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/or adult patients in the comfort of their homes. You will collaborate with families, doctors, and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional medical care and build positive relationships with patients. Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Build positive relationships with patients.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care preferred.
• Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Ability to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
