The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the University of Vermont Medical Center. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to long-term care patients in our alternative care unit, Shep 3 North. This unit caters to patients with various diagnoses, offering an environment similar to a long-term care facility.

Unit Description

• Join a new and innovative alternative care unit.
• Provide care to 18-20 long-term care patients awaiting placement.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in long-term care preferred.
• Charge nurse experience advantageous.
• Ability to oversee LPNs and LNAs.

Incentives
