Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. If you have experience in geriatric care and thrive in providing personalized patient-centered treatment, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Assist in discharge planning for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain their BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• Minimum 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
• IV proficiency or willingness to be trained.
