ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community. This full-time position will support the Newark, DE, and surrounding areas, requiring day shift hours, participation in weekends and holidays, with on-call duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
• Must be IV proficient or willing to train and perform IV functions.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical settings preferred.
