ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Newark, DE and surrounding area. As a Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing care to patients in the community.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Ensure IV proficiency and perform IV functions.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical preferred.
