Rental Quality Assurance Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a Rental Quality Assurance Representative to join our team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards for customer rentals, operating a mobile device to record vehicle status, assisting customers, and managing the movement of cars within our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the interior and exterior of rental cars to ensure quality standards.
• Use a mobile device to input vehicle information.
• Assist customers with rental needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles around airport lots.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying shifts.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
