Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store maintains exceptional standards in merchandising, customer service, and overall presentation.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Assist with inventory management and maintain store security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
