Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in handling equipment and following company procedures
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus
