Job Description

We are looking for a Scheduler / Billing professional to join the Hillcrest Medical Center team in Tulsa, OK. As a Clinical Materials Analyst, you will play a crucial role in charge capture accuracy and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure precise daily charge capture.
• Collaborate with department and hospital leaders to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Produce and distribute usage reports and update Charge Master materials.
• Schedule OR and delivery cases as required.
• Present project solutions to management independently.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of relevant work or school experience.
• Healthcare-related degree and professional work experience preferred.
• Prior billing and scheduling experience is a plus.
