Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stocker/Cashier to join the collaborative team at ALDI. As a part-time team member, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by efficiently operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards within your area of responsibility.
• Perform cashier duties: process customer purchases, maintain clean displays, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform stocker duties: stock shelves, rotate products, create merchandised displays, and operate machinery safely.
• Fulfill physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying items up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
