We are looking for a dedicated Stocking Associate to enhance the shopping experience at Aldi. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with your leader.
• Uphold document security and confidentiality.
• Perform cashier or stocker duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Offer exceptional customer service and provide feedback on products.
• Participate in store inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and maintain product freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines and operate machinery safely.
• Organize inventory efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
