Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI core competencies and professional skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
