Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for tasks such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience equivalent
