Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Monitor inventory levels, adhere to cash policies, and provide feedback on store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle merchandise, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
