Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the store maintains a visually appealing appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
