Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store inventory counts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
