Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with precision.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail is a plus.
