Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience and maintaining store operations. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow established company procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently and maintain store cleanliness to company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register, operate equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial.
