Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant and be a crucial part of the store's daily operations. Working full-time, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Follow company policies, monitor inventory, and assist with store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers, equipment, and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older, with the ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
  • Capable of handling equipment and following cleaning standards.
  • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a bonus.
