Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains top-notch appearances and offers exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and engage with customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance during shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and issues.
• Follow cash policies and procedures to uphold store security and minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
