Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Operations Assistant! In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
