Job Description

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills standards in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Contribute to inventory management by participating in stock counts and ensuring accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies, adhere to company procedures, and safeguard confidential information.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register, following safety protocols, and using store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment while multitasking efficiently.
- High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience desired.
