We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and process adherence.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
