Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Operations Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in merchandising, stocking, and cashiering activities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support team members as needed.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
  • Contribute to inventory management and reporting.
  • Follow cash handling policies and procedures accurately.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of utilizing store equipment and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
