Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products while maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
